After an invaluable chapter at Maison Louis Roederer, he returned in 2009 to his family domaine in Vrigny, where he now crafts a mere 4,000 bottles a year — true micro-production. His philosophy is one of restraint and reverence: to let the vineyard speak, intervening only when nature calls for it.
