Château de Plaisance

Dedicated to organic and biodynamic viticulture since 1995, Château de Plaisance is a historic estate, boasting a thousand-year-old terroir—led by Vanessa Cherruau today. Their philosophy revolves around creating a holistic ecosystem which includes working the land organically, hand-harvesting their grapes, and observing the natural rhythms of the vines and moon cycles.

By employing minimal-intervention-winemaking with native yeasts and minimal sulphur additions, Château de Plaisance prioritises environmental responsibility and biodiversity, allowing the unique terroir to shine in every bottle.
