This five-generation winery continues to honour their heritage through their repertoire of ancient vines. 80% of their vines span over 35 years old, while 10% exceeds 80 years, illustrating a commitment to age-worthy quality. Through massale selection grafting, the vineyard maintains genetic diversity—a crucial factor when it comes to adapting to vintage variations.
