Domaine Gautheron

Spanning over seven generations, Domaine Gautheron is perched in the charming wine-growing village of Fleys, surrounded by the eastern hills of Chablis. Encompassing 30 hectares of vines across Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru—including notable climats like Vaucoupin and Les Fourneaux—this family-owned estate is currently led by Cyril Gautheron, with the steadfast support of his father Alain.

Cyril crafts wines that honour the crisp and traditional characteristics of Chablis, from the classic Chablis, to the impeccably structured Premier Cru climats the likes of Vaillons and Fourchaume.

Domaine Gautheron is certified at the highest environmental level – HVE level 3.
