The Future of Winemaking

Since Fernando Remírez de Ganuza founded Bodegas Remírez de Ganuza in 1989, the winery has become a beacon of innovation in winemaking. They've led the charge with inventive techniques, from the introduction of sorting tables and cold storage, to pioneering uses of barrels—reshaping industry norms along the way. Their ingenuity shines through in unique practises like utilising the Trasnocho wine extraction bag and a grape-washing machine, among others.

Boasting over 80 hectares of tempranillo, viura, and malvasía grapes across six plots, Remírez de Ganuza is now embracing a new era of winemaking brilliance under the guidance of Jose Ramon Urtasun.
