Vassaltis

Vassaltis is a boutique family winery in Santorini founded in 2014. Helmed by Yannis Valambous, the winery is situated in the serene village of Vourvoulos, away from the mainstream.

Vassaltis wines are distinguished by their emphasis on balance and finesse, achieved through innovative practices such as trellising, pre-dawn harvesting, and the blending of different grape varieties. The vineyard constantly aims to honour the sanctity of traditional winemaking, while integrating technology from their sleek, state-of-the-art winery.
