Cazé-Thibaut

Champagne, France

Ten Generations Strong

Hailing from the picturesque Marne Valley, Cazé-Thibaut stands as a testament to ten generations of dedicated winegrowers who have meticulously shaped its legacy over centuries. Starting from humble beginnings, when Roger Cazé pioneered the marketing of Champagne bottles—to its current steward, Fabien, the winery has remained steadfast in its commitment to crafting wines of precision and elegance.

Here, manual labour reigns supreme, from pruning to delicate harvest, ensuring each grape expresses the unique terroir it hails from with a focus on ageing fine lees for 24 to 72 months.
