A Rustic Gem

Grown in the volcanic soils of estate-owned vineyards, Anakota Knight’s Valley Cabernet Sauvignon captures the rustic essence of rural Sonoma County. Nestled on the southwest-facing slopes of Mount St. Helena at 4,300 feet, these vineyards are surrounded by cold mountain streams and forests of native fir and oak. Each bottle reflects the area's unique topography and geology, offering vibrant flavors, firm tannins, and bright acidity.

Under the guidance of Pierre Seillan, Verite's Vigneron, the winery utilises "micro-cru" farming principles. This involves dividing each site into small blocks for precise cultivation, resulting in uniformly ripe grapes that express the subtle nuances of diverse soils, terrain, and microclimates.
